Something not addressed was what is the victim to do/say/think when the offender is released because statistically it better for them, the offender? There’s no sense of justice in that as presented and I wonder if you’d square that circle for me.
That’s a good question! I actually got an email from someone who was attacked just the other day. I might do a follow up episode
